WHAT ARE THE HOST’S OR HOSTESS’ RESPONSIBILITIES?
Being a host(ess) can be easy and fun! Basically, the Portrait Party is
organized by the party hostess. (Since most portrait parties are hosted by
Moms, I will stick with Hostess through the rest of this information.)

hostess would rather have the packages sent directly to each guest, this
can be done for an additional fee.
As described earlier, not everyone has the room to host a photo session. All
that is needed is about a 10x10 space separate from the party area so the
session can be held with little distraction. If you do not have the space, no
problem!
We can host the Portrait Party at our studio (which is in our house). This
offers you the same comfortable setting that you would get in your own
home. And if you wish, we can supply the snacks, drinks, and send the
invitations (for a small fee). You just need to supply the guest list and
make sure at least 5 guests attend.
