WHAT IS A PORTRAIT PARTY?
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The entire process is very easy and here are the basics (more details are in
the hostess kit):
• Once you decide to host a Portrait Party, give me a call or send me
an email.
• We will pick a few dates and times that work for both of us and get
it on the schedule. Usually, we need to schedule about 2-3 weeks out so
you can talk with your guests and find out which date will work best.
• I will send you a Portrait Party Hostess Kit. This kits includes
everything you need to know about hosting the party and includes:
o Invitations for you to send to your friends
o Detailed information for your guests (I will give you an online link to
share with your friends)
o Session scheduling sheet
o Price lists
o Ordering information
• When you receive your kit, invite your friends to your party
• Get them to schedule a session time
• Throw the party!
• Make sure your friends order in the 2 week time frame
• Deliver their orders
